This agreement is made between the seller identified below and the buyer who purchases CP (Conqueror Points) through conqueror.lol, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
SELLER: conqueror.lol. Full identity, address and registration details are on the imprint page. BUYER: the user placing the order with the details registered on their account.
The subject of this agreement is CP credited to the buyer’s conqueror.lol account. CP is digital platform credit usable only inside this site. It is not money, not a deposit, not a payment instrument, and cannot be converted to cash.
The amount of CP and the total charged are shown at checkout, taxes included. Payment is processed through the payment institution’s (PayTR) infrastructure; conqueror.lol never sees or stores your card details.
Delivery is IMMEDIATE and ELECTRONIC: CP is credited to your in-site wallet the moment payment is approved. There is no physical shipment, no shipping cost and no delivery period.
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form. At checkout the buyer expressly consents to performance beginning immediately and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal. Payment cannot start without this consent.
CP is non-refundable, non-returnable and cannot be converted to cash. If a payment is taken but CP is not credited due to a technical fault, that is not a refund matter but incomplete performance: the CP is credited. If it cannot be credited, the amount charged is returned to the same payment method.
The buyer may bring complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
By ticking the confirmation box at checkout, the buyer declares having read and accepted this agreement in full. It takes effect when payment is approved.
