CP is a digital product delivered instantly. This page spells out what that means for cancellation and refunds.
Delivery is immediate and electronic: CP is credited to your in-site wallet the moment payment is approved. There is no shipping, delivery address or delivery period.
You can cancel by closing the payment screen before the payment completes; nothing is charged. Once payment is approved, delivery has already happened, so there is no pending order left to cancel.
No right of withdrawal applies to intangible goods delivered instantly (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-(ğ)). At checkout you consent to performance beginning immediately and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal; payment cannot start without that consent.
CP is non-refundable. It cannot be returned, transferred to another account, or converted to cash. This applies both to CP you have spent and to any balance you have not spent.
This is not a refund matter but incomplete performance, and we fix it: the CP is credited to your account. If it cannot be credited, the amount is returned to the same card. Email us from the address on the imprint page with your payment reference.
If you believe your card was used without your permission, contact your bank first, then us. We freeze the account and the payment in question while we investigate.
